Orders are accepted upon completion of payment and upon receipt of delivery instructions.
Our online store accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. Please contact us if you wish to arrange to pay by bank transfer, or to pay on delivery.
We accept orders for next day delivery i.e. cut-off at midnight, although we may at our discretion accept any order placed up to the time we pick orders for a given delivery route.
Delivery instructions include:-
The delivery address; and
A date when we list a service to your post code (next day or later).
Our website displays delivery options at Checkout, and we rely on you to select. If the information is missing, we will contact you by e-mail or by phone (if supplied).
Orders are not accepted if you are out of our designated service area (see Delivery post codes) or choose a date when we don’t operate, although we will contact you and we may accept the order at our discretion.

We accept orders placed by telephone or by e-mail, noting that order processing may not be immediate and specific items may have been ordered on the website by another customer. Please indicate if you wish us to choose a similar replacement in such circumstance.
We trust you will enjoy our products but if problems do arise we have a Refunds Policy that does not prejudice any statutory rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
We cannot accept returns of fresh or frozen foods for reasons of food safety. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the product, and/ or damaged packaging has contributed to product condition you must notify us using the ‘Contact Us’ form in our website within 24 hours of delivery. Please state the issue clearly with any supporting photographs. If a refund is due we will refund by your payment method or you may request a bank transfer.
We implement systems to ensure that our online store displays accurate details, prices and stock availability. We reserve the right to amend or cancel an order or part thereof in the event that it cannot be fulfilled due to an inadvertent error, or in the event that stock has been ordered by another customer before updating availability. We will contact you to resolve by agreement and if a refund is due we will refund by your payment method or you may request a bank transfer.
